"ArtWorkout Crazy Stories" Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The "ArtWorkout Crazy Stories" Contest (the "Contest") is organized and administered by ArtWorkout Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong ("Sponsor").

This Contest includes (i) skill-based judged prizes (the iPad + Apple Pencil prizes and the Online Drawing Course Scholarship) and (ii) participation rewards (the first-100 annual subscriptions and the 1-month Premium subscription for eligible entrants). Winners of the judged prizes are determined primarily by the skill-based judging criteria in Section 5; platform 'Views' are used only as a limited audience-engagement signal as described in Section 5.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, TikTok, YouTube, or any of their respective affiliates.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the Eligible Territories listed in Appendix A (the "Eligible Territories"), who (a) meet the applicable minimum age to enter in their place of residence (see Appendix A), and (b) at the time of entry have a TikTok or YouTube account in good standing (as applicable). The Contest is void outside the Eligible Territories and where prohibited by law.

If an entrant is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (a "Minor"), the entrant may enter only with the permission of their parent or legal guardian. To receive a prize, a Minor's parent/legal guardian must complete and sign all required verification and release documents, and Sponsor may award and ship the prize to the parent/legal guardian on the Minor's behalf.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, representatives, advertising/promotion agencies of Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on 25 December 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on 8 January 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's device clock is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, eligible participants may enter as follows (one (1) entry per person):

  • Using the ArtWorkout app, select any lesson and record a video showing your drawing process.
  • Your video must include your personal story and must begin with the following phrase (or a substantially similar phrase): "Here is my crazy story with ArtWorkout…".
  • Post the Entry Video to your TikTok or YouTube account and ensure it remains publicly viewable through the end of the Contest Period (or as otherwise specified in these Official Rules). Your post must: (a) clearly identify the post as a contest entry and disclose that you received a free one-month ArtWorkout Premium subscription for participating (e.g., at the beginning of the caption or via on-screen text: "Contest entry — free 1-month ArtWorkout Premium", see Section 4.4); and (b) include the hashtags #ArtWorkoutCrazyStories and #Contest.
  • Submit the online entry form at https://artworkout.app/artworkoutcrazystories/submit and provide: full name; date of birth; country and state/province of residence; email address; and the link to your public TikTok or YouTube post.

4.1 Public Post Requirement. The post must remain public and accessible until at least 31 January 2026 (or, if you are selected as a potential winner, until completion of winner verification).

4.2 Prohibited Content & Safety. Do not include sensitive personal information (e.g., health information, government IDs, home address), or content featuring other people (including children) unless you have all necessary permissions. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party rights.

4.3 No Bots / Manipulation. Automated entries, bots, purchased engagement, engagement-exchange schemes, or any other attempt to manipulate metrics or the Contest process are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

4.4 Required Disclosure (for posts). Because entrants receive something of value for participating (a free 1-month Premium subscription), entrants must clearly disclose this in their post. Example disclosure: "Contest entry — free 1-month ArtWorkout Premium"

Incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Prizes

All prizes are non-cash, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) with one of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs for physical prizes to the verified winner's address in an Eligible Territory. Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by their jurisdiction. Sponsor will not ship to P.O. boxes. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, purchase and ship the prize from a local retailer within the winner's territory to facilitate delivery and minimize customs delays.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each individual prize is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may vary by location.

5.1 iPad + Apple Pencil Prizes (10 Winners)
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) iPad and one (1) Apple Pencil (specific models and specifications to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV is approximately from USD 800 to USD 1100 depending on territory.

Winner Selection (Skill-Based). A panel of judges appointed by Sponsor will score each eligible entry using the following criteria (23 points total):

  • Storytelling & creativity (including relating to "Crazy Stories" and clearly showing ArtWorkout drawing process) (0–10)
  • Video quality and clarity (0–10)
  • Audience engagement signal ("Views") (0–3)

Views definition. "Views" means the public view count shown on the posted TikTok/YouTube page at the Measurement Time (defined below). Sponsor will not use private analytics dashboards for scoring unless a public view count is unavailable.

Measurement Time. Sponsor will record public view counts at 9 January 2026 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Measurement Time") using screenshots and/or screen-recordings. The recorded value will be used for scoring.

Tie-breaker. If two or more entries receive the same total score, the entry with the higher Storytelling & creativity score will rank higher; if still tied, the video quality and clarity higher score; if still tied, the earlier entry-form submission timestamp; if still tied, Sponsor will select the winner in its sole discretion based on the judging criteria.

Anti-fraud & disputes. If Sponsor suspects manipulation or non-genuine engagement, Sponsor may require additional information (e.g., a link to platform analytics, explanation of traffic sources) and may disqualify the entry. Sponsor's decision is final. Entrants may submit a written dispute within 5 days of notification; Sponsor will review and respond, and its decision will be final and binding.

5.2 Online Drawing Course Scholarship (1 Winner)
One (1) winner will receive a scholarship/voucher, up to USD 3000, toward an online drawing course provided by a third-party selected by the winner from a list provided by the Sponsor, subject to availability and the providers' terms. List of the providers will be communicated to the winner.

Important: Sponsor is solely responsible for this prize. The course providers are not sponsors of this Contest. Sponsor will pay the program provider directly.

Redemption is subject to availability and must occur by December 31, 2026.

Winner Selection. The winner will be selected by the judging panel using the same criteria listed in Section 5.1

Post-course video requirement. As a condition of receiving this prize, the winner agrees to create and post one (1) video review/reflection after completing the course (or within 60 days after course completion), and to provide Sponsor a link. The review may be honest and is not required to be positive. The winner must include a "Contest winner" disclosure in the review.

5.3 Annual Premium Subscription Prizes (100 Winners)
The first one hundred (100) eligible participants who successfully submit a valid entry-form submission during the Contest Period will each receive one (1) annual ArtWorkout Premium subscription. ARV of each prize is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may vary by location.

"First" is determined by Sponsor's entry-form server timestamp (PT). If multiple submissions share the same timestamp due to system granularity, Sponsor will rank those submissions by internal receipt order.

5.4 Monthly Premium Subscription (All Participants)
All eligible participants who submit a valid entry will receive one (1) month of ArtWorkout Premium subscription, free of charge. ARV of each subscription is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may vary by location.

Subscription fulfillment details (e.g., code delivery, redemption window, auto-renewal settings) will be described on the entry form and/or in a follow-up email. If auto-renewal is enabled, Sponsor will clearly disclose how to cancel before any charges occur.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form within two weeks following the end of the Contest Period. Winner must respond within 72 hours.

Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding any prize. This may include requiring a copy of a government-issued ID (for winners only). Failure to provide required documentation within the time specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. The documents shall be provided within 3 days.

Prizes are shipped within 30 days after response and verification.

For Minors, Sponsor will require a parent/legal guardian to sign required releases and may require additional documentation showing parental authority/consent.

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and reporting obligations (including VAT/GST, income taxes, and import duties) associated with receiving or using a prize. Sponsor will not provide tax advice.

8. Content and License Grant

By submitting an entry, each participant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, edit (for formatting/technical purposes only), and distribute the submitted content and the participant's name/username solely for purposes of administering, promoting, and publicizing this Contest and similar promotional activities related to the ArtWorkout application.

If a participant is a Minor, Sponsor may require the parent/legal guardian's consent to the above license and publicity rights as a condition of awarding any prize.

9. Representations

Each participant represents and warrants that the submitted content is original; the participant has all necessary rights and permissions to submit the content; the content does not infringe any third-party rights; and the content complies with TikTok and/or YouTube terms and policies, as applicable. Sponsor may remove or disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules.

10. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used for administering the Contest (including verifying eligibility, contacting entrants, awarding prizes, fraud prevention, and compliance), in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://artworkout.app/privacy/, and applicable data protection laws.

Winners may be required to provide additional information for verification (including a government-issued ID). Sponsor will use such information only for verification, prize fulfillment, and legal compliance, will store it securely, and will retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or technically defective entries; platform outages; algorithmic changes; or any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest.

12. Governing Law

Except where prohibited or restricted by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, this Contest and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the courts located in Hong Kong. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any mandatory rights a consumer may have to bring claims in their country of residence where such rights cannot be waived.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
